Mindful Eating- Six Week Nutrition Series

Nutritionist Terri Blair and Carlie Bae have joined forces to create a six week series to foster a healthier relationship with food and habits. Terri has been a nutritionist for almost two decades and Carlie earned a BS in nutrition from Bastyr and has been focused on Body Work and Yoga since 2005. Together they have created a efficient weekly discussion around nutritional topics we all already know! Topics like: food journaling, hydration, proteins, the good bad and the ugly of carbs, and how foods affect energy and mood. You might be asking yourself, why would I attend since I already know these things? Now ask, do you have a joyful, easy relationship with food that sustains your activities and lifestyle? If there is any room for improvement, please join us for this series. In addition to discussion and lecture, we will be providing a new piece of "homework" each week that will ease you into you subtle body to nourish all the systems for a happier, healthier, lighter and stronger physical self. Carlie's 6:30 yoga class will revolve around poses to support each week's topic. Join us just for the discussion in the board room or just yoga or both. Limited space, so please preregister!
